Silence is often misinterpreted, but never misquoted.
The way you wash your face everyday, Give Sadqah every day, it’s like inner purification.
The most important things in your home are the people.
Growing old is inevitable, growing up is optional.
There is no key to happiness. The door is always open.
A grudge is a heavy thing to carry.
The riches is not the wealth you possess, but the wealth you gave out.
We do not remember days of luxuries, but moments of sacrifice. Life moves too fast, so increase your precious moments of sacrifice.
Nothing is real to you until you experience it, otherwise it’s just hearsay.
Keep yourself busy in some noble work, otherwise idleness would tend to evil which will eventually ruin you.
Surviving and living your life successfully requires courage. The goals and dreams you’re seeking require courage and risk-taking. Learn from the turtle — it only makes progress when it sticks out its neck.
Be more concerned with your character than your reputation. Your character is what you really are while your reputation is merely what others think you are.

“The believers are only those who believe in Allah and His Apostle then they doubt not and struggle hard with their wealth and their lives in the way of Allah; they are the truthful ones. Say: Do you apprise Allah of your religion, and Allah knows what is in the heavens and what is in the earth; and Allah is Cognizant of all things. (49:15-16)”

A lot of ppl are familiar with nashhed singer SAMI YUSUF. his nassheds are beautiful but there is one thing i was wondering. i read everywhere that he is of Azeri origin which means that he is most likely a shia muslim.However i saw a video clip of his for ‘al Muallim’ in which he prays in a mosque with his hands on his stomach like sunni muslims. i believe he did this to maantain the popular following he has in a lot of predominantly sunni countries some of which dont look too favourably upon shia Muslims. but im about 95% sure he must be shia, because he has the honesty about his face that shias tend to harbour and he is Azeri. can anyone confirm this for me pleaase?? it would somewhat bother me if he was sunni

so yeh everything except the Mu’allim clip points to that fact that he is shia. in another of his songs called ’supplication’ he constaantly sends peaces and blessings to the prophet and his family. my sunni friend says that they dont emphasise the family part as much in their prayers. but WHY SAMI….WHYYYY?

It is this event that is marked on the tenth of Muharram every year. It is this event that has made free thinking people of all times love Hussain with a selfless love beyond compare. And it is this love that expresses itself through mourning during the month of Muharram, and particularly on ‘Ashoora, the 10th of Muharram, every year. The mourning is a way to remind oneself of Hussain’s incomparable sacrifice, a way to thank him, a way to express love for him, and a way to broadcast to the world his message of true freedom.
We Shia’s recomend fasting and mourning..not intercourse..

How do you keep some left wing extremist from posting racist or defamatory rhetoric? and if you cant stop them, what are you legally liabel when they do?

Dont think you are an blog idiot..well wordpress is protected with something called akismet spam, wich protect one from getting spam direct on page, it makes the blog adm..like me..access to delete them each day..
And I dont get any comment or spam of racist carater..as I have my comment’s set up for approvel before they are being postet..also a feature in adm..section..
So no worry, you wont get anything you dont like.

i really need ur help becouse i dont now wht to do, so here it gose..
during summer as you now u tend to sweat and sometimes smell as it was really hot so i used to put perfume however recenlty someone at school told me that i cant pray while i have perfume on.
I wanted to check this with you guys and wanted your opinion if this is true.

Sister…its rigth..you must attempt in prayer’s by being clean..
Meaning that before prayer, you must wash your self correct..in prayer you cant use perfume, makeup ect..its absolut importent that you are aware of this..unless your prayer is not valid.
